You did a great job making sure everyone was participating and engaged! You weren't afraid of cold-calling, or even silence to let people have a chance to respond. You let the learners lead the problem-solving as well. One thing that could perhaps be improved just a tiny bit is your response to incorrect answers, maybe a little more encouragement would be helpful.

Great job using the welcome question to get everyone to start talking. Even though Jackson said he hadn't mastered a subject yet, I like how you said that everyone has their own pace and progress. I liked how you were checking in on everyone and answering their questions and also going over the logging in process numerous times. Nice job in creating a chill and relaxed environment. Keep up the great work!
