The part the shows great mastery is that through the interactions you were able to tailor and provide advice that relates to your own experience that is on topic and really provide the visual on why it works. your feedback was quick when presented with several prompts you broke down / went through the process of elimination on what the students could pick to write about. The essay you highlighted specific parts that can help students to work on a little bit more.

Learners were understanding concepts reviewed. I liked how you had a "Worktime" at the end. These practice problems are important for you to know what you need to review more with your learners. They are also important for the learners as either a confidence boost that they are understanding what you are teaching, or as a reminder for what to practice more of outside the session.

The constant discussion that you had with your learners helped to make them more comfortable with you. This creates a learning environment in which learners feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and be themselves. One thing to try in the future is congratulating your learners on correct answers. This helps boost their confidence and make them feel validated in the work they are putting in. Overall, great job tutoring!
