Welcome to SAT Reading and Writing! I'm Juliet. I would love to teach you everything I know in this course. Throughout this course, we will cover everything you need to know and track your progress. Prior Knowledge: None! Everyone is welcome regardless of experience. Materials: We will be utilizing Kahoot and Google Forms throughout. Series Schedule: Orientation: Icebreaker, schedule, pre-test. Session 1: Go over the most missed pre-test questions together. Analyze SAT reading science and literature passages and answer questions together. Assign optional grammar practice. Session 2: Analyze SAT Reading History and Social Science passages and answer questions together. Assign optional grammar practice. Grammar Workshop: Effective Language Use, punctuation, pronouns, parallel structure, etc. Session 3: Analyze SAT Writing and Language: Argument, informative, and narrative passages and questions. Grammar Workshop: Frequently confused words, conventional expression, logical comparison, items in a series, nonessential and parenthetical elements, etc. Closing Meetup: Final notes, comments, administer post-test, farewell game!
