Hi Breanna! I'm Vince and I just audited your session. First, I liked how you provided an explanation for each step in a solution process in a clear, conise manner. I also liked how you asked questions in between to give the learner a chance at solving the problem and checking for their understanding too. Nice job also making sure if the learner was leaving with no more concerns/questions in mind. One thing that could make this session even better is asking more "leading" questions that prompt the learner to use a concept to answer the question. For example, in the problem with variables and decimals, instead of immediately saying the learner should combine like terms, ask a question that leads the learner into using the concept of combining like terms, since that was the main takeaway from that problem.
