Hi Rhea, I thought you did a good job asking guided questions while working with questions on Khan Academy. I could tell that the learner was engaged and I appreciate you asking if it made sense after you explain - this is a great way to check understanding. Overall, it seemed smooth and I thought you tackled the problems and explained them well - for example, you talking about why the one equation was infinitely many solutions. She was really nice, waited for all students and explained. She made it really interactive and asked questions about every question step by step and she would also ask if we would like to got through it together or work on it by ourselves. She worked at our pace and didn't rush us.

Hey Rhea, I hope that you are doing well! I just audited your session on two-step inequalities and thought that you did terrific. You taught efficiently by leveraging technology and Khan Academy, as by screen sharing practice problems from the site that were relevant to what you were teaching and going over them in great detail, you engaged your learners in the problem-solving-process. (which you did to an even greater extent by consistently communicating with, checking in with, and prompting them) Furthermore, all of your explanations were spot on, being extremely understandable and in depth! This reflects that you certainly deserve your certifications and position as a tutor! Thank you for volunteering here on Schoolhouse, I really hope you continue to!
