Hi Mario! I hope you’re having a good day! I just audited your session, and you did an amazing job at making sure that the learners left having a strong understanding of the series layout and what they would be learning. I love how you greeted the learners as they came in, giving them a sense of belonging in the session and the series. I loved the icebreaker that you had which helped introduce learners and made the learners more comfortable with you as the tutor. It was great that you asked questions to make sure the series was what the learners needed so you could tailor the series to learner needs. I love how you explained what a logarithm is and what it is used for. This helped the learners understand why they were learning the concepts. After you taught the basics, I love how you gave some practice problems for learners to try. During the entire session you were always respectful and kind to the learners.
