Thank you for the session! You could try to use the 'text' function rather than a pencil so it can be easier to write proofs, thought the symbols such as 'for all' and 'there exists' will either have to be translated to words or be written by pencil. Hopefully that helps!

I was able to improve my understanding of the content and apply it to AP Level questions on statistics. The tutor explained why the correct answer was correct and why the incorrect answers were incorrect.

Nice and quick, small mistake in the proof <the position vector isn't a unit vector> but it's ok because I still got it.

Hi Nathan, thanks for preparing and running a super cool session on advanced statistics and calculus! As someone who has taken AP Statistics, it was interesting seeing the addition of calculus to different types of variables. You are very knowledgeable and informative. During the whole session, I appreciate how often you asked questions to gauge your learner's understanding. After figuring out that your learner could use some review of calculus and displacement, you skillfully adapted your tutoring to fill that knowledge gap before continuing. You also broke up longer "lecture"/explanations portions of the session with practice activities to keep the session interactive. You constantly involved your learner in a conversation about math. A minor little thing I could encourage you to do is maybe experiment around with using different colored pens when your explaining something on the Zoom whiteboard. I find using color-coding helps with learner understanding and engagement. Feel free to ask me questions on Slack (Grace C) or the Mentor Team. Keep up the excellent work and happy tutoring!

Hi! Hope you are doing well! I just audited your session. You did a great job annotating on the screen as you explained how to solve the problem. You did a great job asking the learner questions to help them figure the answer instead of giving the answer right away. You did a great job trying to help the learner solve the problem. It was a good session overall! Thank you for tutoring at SHW! if you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to me through slack @Harishitha M.

Thank you for the session, I got to know about uniform convergence. Maybe provide examples for concepts, for example demonstrate the proof that lim(6n+1/5n+4)=6/5 or something like that, and same for uniform convergence.

Hi ! I'm here to audit your session and you did an amazing job. Well done on successfully guiding your learner through the problems and explaining details to them in an efficient way. However, I'd suggest that you turn on your camera to make the session more interactive. Aside from that, you did an excellent job, and thanks a lot for tutoring at Schoolhouse !

Hey Nathan, I'm Hai from the auditting team. Great job on the session! I thought that you did a good job with introducing yourself to learners and creating a welcoming atmosphere in your session. Great job on explaining everything and making it so clear. Your use of practice problems was awesome. You did a great job providing example problems to help the learner understand combinations. A tip for you, since you didn't mentioned that this session i repsonding to a session request so you might want more people. Next time schedule sessions a week ahead ow two. Also especially in EMM. -Hai

Hey there Nathan, Shadman here! I really liked this session: not only because you sat for 20 minutes without any learner (some next-level patience there), but also because when I finally came, you were very engaging and fun to talk to! Hope to learn more from you in the future!

Hi Nathan, awesome session! Through the whole session, you did an excellent job at facilitating active learning. Frequently, you asked your learners to figure out what they did or did not know. You also were encouraging and welcoming questions from your learners. You were patient and created many opportunities for your learners to participate. I could clearly see the effort you put in to tailor your session to your learners' needs. Also, your presentation and explanations were very informative, especially the images. Then, after explaining a concept, you did an great job giving your learners practice at applying what they just learned like having them come up with another example for a scalar. I would love it if you could incorporate even more practice questions and activities for your learners. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me on Slack (Grace C) or the Mentor Team. Overall, keep up the fantastic work and happy tutoring!
