About
I'm a retired professor of pharmacology and physiology. After my retirement I began a second career in applying engineering principles to human nutrition. I have over 40 years experience in research and teaching graduate students. I am looking forward to hosting sessions on human nutrition for college bound students. My goal is to demonstrate how skills in mathematics, science, and engineering may lead to exciting new careers in human nutrition.
