About

Intended originally for James D. I'm happy to teach a small group of dedicated learners, though.

This series is intended for those who have already taken some course equivalent of AP Calc BC and are comfortable with all the prerequisites of calculus. We will cover vectors and vector operations first to get a feel for the world of higher dimensional math, and then we will try to build the familiar derivatives and integrals in the new world while making the best use of our vector arsenal. Some (but not all) topics we will cover include:

- Vectors, Vector Multiplication, Basic Matrix Algebra
- Limits & Continuity (for multivariable functions)
- Partial Derivatives
- Optimization
- Parameterizations
- Integration Theorems

This series is intended for Fridays 10:30pm-11:30pm EST. I hope you enjoy your experience here!

Hey there! I'm a current undergraduate freshman at Stony Brook University, and I love the STEM fields most out of all my subjects in school! With that being said, though I tutor mostly competitive math nowadays, I also tutor high school math and science. I also join many sessions on Schoolhouse, because there are so many things to learn and enjoy in Schoolhouse - though I haven't joined many series recently, I had a lot of fun in Taeho's Korean Camp last summer! Outside of Schoolhouse, I love to play basketball and Pokemon.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please don't miss sessions or be late. It's already evening time for me, and I would rather not wait for a long time. At the very least, let me know well in advance if you don't think you can make it, and I'll try to summarize what we learned for you in DMs. If you're excessively late or you miss classes without notice more than twice, I will be forced to withdraw you.
