Every session, we will go over and cover a unit in Algebra 1. If you need extra help or review in a unit, then you can request it, and I can host a review session for particular units.

Hi! We’ll cover the first six units of Algebra 1 in a weekly 60-minute series to better prepare for the next school year if you are taking/going to take Algebra 1! Each session focuses on one unit through short lessons, guided examples, and practice problems so learners can build confidence step by step.

Algebra 1 Master Class - Slow and Relaxed!
4th session
No more intense summer training- instead, this series aims to give a more slow and relaxed approach to Algebra 1. Each week, we will cover one unit of Algebra 1 (total of 11 units, so 11 sessions). There will always be professional slideshows to aid the lesson, along with supplemental worksheets and problems (created by me!). A cumulative test will be given at the end (this can be completed and submitted any time within 1 month of the end of this series). 📝

New learners welcome! 😁Looking for a place to practice your Algebra 1 skills with a supportive community and lots of fun? Join me every week to play games (lots of Kahoot) and learn algebra together. The plan is to work on a few Khan Academy lessons (in order) every session, so this series is great whether you are currently enrolled in Algebra 1, want to learn it on your own before taking the class, or want a refresher. In addition, we will learn some of what comes next in certain topics, expanding on Algebra 1 knowledge to get ahead and try new types of problems. There will also be plenty of space to bring your own math problems, like homework questions you are stuck on, or math questions you encounter that you think the group could benefit from working on.
If you think you might be interested in this series but are not available during the scheduled time, you can reach out to me and we can to try to find a time that works better for you (depending on other learners, too).
