You two did a fantastic job creating a comfortable learning environment! One of the main examples that stood out to me was when Cindy greeted Adi. Not only did you thank her for turning her camera on, but you also reminded her that she can take her camera off at anytime if she doesn't feel comfortable having it on in front of many other people. I know that learners can sometimes feel pressured to keep their camera on once they've turned it on, so incorporating this reminder was a great way to create a more comfortable environment for Adi. I also admired how outgoing and personable both of you were throughout the entire session. Whether it was by engaging in relevant side conversations with learners, asking them questions, making jokes with them, or ensuring they were actively engaged in the chat, both of you fostered good vibes throughout the session and it was clear that many learners appreciated how outgoing and kind you were. Thank you for all you do at Schoolhouse, Cindy and Percival!

Cindy was very polite and charismatic! I feel the charisma contributed a lot to making the presentation better, especially since we were able to relate to her as a human better.
