Tutor has 1-1 conversations with learners where the students explain their situation and tutor considers their specific situation and gives answer. He listens carefully to students. Students feel confident and supported and ask all of the questions that they have, and then they ask additional questions based on tutor's responses, which shows active engagement of students.
