To maintain a productive and engaging learning environment, all learners are expected to attend sessions regularly and participate actively throughout the program.

Attendance Expectations

Learners should attend all scheduled sessions and arrive on time.

If a learner cannot attend a session, they should notify the instructor in advance whenever possible.

Absence Policy

Learners may have up to 2 excused absences during the series. More than 2 absences may result in removal from the program to allow space for committed participants. Late Arrival Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be counted as an absence unless prior notice is given. Participation Active participation in discussions, exercises, and group activities is expected. Repeated lack of participation may affect a learner’s ability to continue in the program. Respect for Others Learners should respect the time and learning experience of others by being punctual and prepared. By enrolling in this series, learners agree to follow this attendance policy.
