About
In this session, we will be going over Computer Number Systems (numbers in different bases) along with how we operate them. The following bases will be covered (though we can always talk about more!):
- Base 2 (Binary)
- Base 8 (Octal)
- Base 16 (Hexadecimal)
We will also go over their use cases and applications, and might go into implementing them in programming languages!
Pre-requisites: Knowledge of the decimal system (Base 10, what we use on an everyday basis), and the PEMDAS operations (Ex. Multiplication, Addition, etc.).

I am a highschooler who loves math and computer science. I have currently finished AP Calculus BC, and am onto my Post-Calculus Math years! I wish to share my knowledge with others, and help shape the future. I love to play with my dog as well as play badminton and table tennis. I am a Python fan, but I admit, my liking for C++ is growing...
