About

This series is designed to help you review the entire AP Precalculus course and stay sharp for the exam. It will run from March 14th to May 2nd or May 9th (depending on whether the last session is needed or not) Each week, we’ll revisit around 6 topics, work through practice problems together, and discuss strategies for success on the AP exam. I’ll also share tips from my own experience earning a 5 on the exam and an A+ in the class. Learners will have dedicated time and are encouraged to ask questions and bring up any topics they find difficult so we can tackle them together.

Hi there! Out of all the pages on the internet, you found mine — lucky us! Well, here’s a little bit about me: I’m a 10th-grade student who’s passionate about learning and helping others learn too. I scored a 5/5 on the AP Precalculus exam, and I absolutely love diving into Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. I’m originally Algerian and now a proud Canadian citizen. When I’m not studying (or tutoring), you’ll probably find me gaming (I'm an absolute Valorant sweat, lol), playing piano, or hanging out with friends. My dream is to study medicine at the University of Toronto and become a cardiothoracic surgeon. I think the heart is one of the most beautiful pieces of biological engineering! Since each session builds on previously reviewed material, consistent attendance will help you get the most out of the series. If you need to miss a session, please message me in advance so I’m aware. In urgent situations, just let me know as soon as possible. I will post notes or materials so you can review what was covered, but it is your responsibility to catch up before the next session.

Introduce ourselves and review key ideas from Unit 1 of AP Precalculus, including rates of change, polynomial functions, and an introduction to rational functions with graphs and behavior (covering roughly Topics 1.1 through 1.6–1.10 depending on pacing). We’ll adjust future session times based on your feedback during this session.
