In this reading and discussion series, we will explore The Metamorphosis, the famous novella by Franz Kafka first published in 1915. Together, we will read sections of the story and dive into thoughtful discussions about its characters, themes, symbolism, and deeper meanings.

This series is designed for students who want to strengthen their reading comprehension, literary analysis, and critical thinking skills while engaging in meaningful conversations about classic literature. No prior knowledge of the book is required, just curiosity and a willingness to share ideas!

Throughout the sessions, we will analyze Gregor Samsa’s transformation, discuss Kafka’s message about identity, family, and society, and explore different interpretations of the story.
