About

Do you struggle to break that 750+ ceiling? In this 5 week INTENSIVE course, we'll go over ALL the topics you need to know for the math portion of the SAT.

Week 1 – Algebra:
Linear equations in one variable, linear equations in two variables, systems of linear equations (graphing, substitution, elimination), linear inequalities (one variable and systems), slope, rate of change, and interpreting linear models in context.

Week 2 – Problem Solving & Data Analysis:
Ratios, rates, unit conversions, percentages (increase/decrease), proportional relationships, interpreting graphs and tables, scatterplots, line of best fit, mean/median, standard deviation basics, probability, and multi-step word problems involving real-world scenarios.

Week 3 – Advanced Math:
Quadratic equations (factoring, completing the square, quadratic formula), graphing parabolas, polynomial expressions, exponential functions and growth/decay, radicals and rational exponents, function notation, and higher-order equations.

Week 4 – Additional Topics in Math:
Geometry (area, volume, circles, triangles, similarity, coordinate geometry), trigonometry (right triangle trig, sine/cosine/tangent, basic identities), radians, arc length, sector area, and complex numbers (imaginary unit *i*, operations with complex numbers).

Week 5 – Mixed Practice & Test Strategies:
Cumulative review of all topics, timed practice sets (calculator + no-calculator style thinking), multi-concept word problems, recognizing question types quickly, strategic guessing, pacing techniques, using Desmos effectively, and full-length practice section simulations.
