About

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s that boosts focus and prevents burnout by breaking work into 25-minute, distraction-free intervals (called "pomodoros") separated by 5-minute breaks

In the 25 minutes of focus time, we shall not be speaking and all mics should be muted. In the 5 minute breaks in between, you can do whatever you want.

Hence, we can stay productive without burning out.
Come work on anything you want and build a consistent study habit over time! 🍅📚

PS- This is everyday, unlike the other pomodoro series I host, If you would prefer every other day, check that out!
