✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

To keep the session fast-paced, interactive, and worthwhile for everyone, students are expected to follow these attendance guidelines:

1) Full-Session Attendance

*Students are expected to join on time and remain for the entire session.

*Plan ahead for a quiet space, a charged device, and a stable internet connection.

2) Active Engagement Required

*This is not a “listen-only” webinar. Students are expected to be fully engaged and participate through their computer microphone and/or Zoom chat. *Students should be ready to answer questions, explain reasoning, and respond to quick check-ins during MCQ review. 3) Camera Expectations (Optional but Encouraged) *Camera on is encouraged when possible to support discussion. *If a camera cannot be used, students should stay responsive via chat/mic. 4) Participation Standards *Students should contribute respectfully and professionally: one speaker at a time, use “raise hand” when needed, and keep chat focused on the material. *Students may be called on at random to share an answer choice and justification - this mirrors AP-style thinking and strengthens test readiness. 5) Late Arrival & Early Departure *Late arrivals may miss critical strategy explanations and may not receive full support catching up. *Leaving early disrupts learning and group pacing; please avoid scheduling conflicts. 6) Learning Environment *Students should minimize distractions (phones away, notifications off). *Use headphones when possible, and keep background noise to a minimum.
