We will work on right triangle trigonometry together, with lots of practice problems, at a comfortable pace.

I’m a high school freshman student in California who likes books and music. I'm also a pianist, violist, guitarist, and swimmer. Here to help people learn math and to work on precalculus! A few of my favorite books are The Fault in Our Stars by John Green, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins, and Radio Silence by Alice Oseman. My favorite movie is Pitch Perfect. My MBTI type is ISTJ! A few random things about me... I love the beach, I'm planning to make a music video with my friends and currently collecting footage, I like to bake (especially bread; it's just really fun), I think punctuation is underappreciated, I've liked math a little (okay, a lot) more than normal for as long as I can remember.

😀Kahoot at the end! We will use Khan Academy practice problems and Zoom whiteboard/annotation to work together on learning right triangle trigonometry. Depending on where everyone is with their right triangle knowledge, we might spend some time on other right triangle topics, like angle to side ratios and special right triangles, or we might keep moving with trigonometry and get into arcsine, arccosine, and arctangent! We will have a welcoming, low-stress environment, and there isn't any homework or work you need to do beforehand---just show up with a positive attitude and learn! See you there.

We will go step-by-step so you can master those special right triangles. They are extremely helpful in trigonometry!
