About
For this session, we will be going over standard English conventions for the SAT. There are many questions dealing with this topic on the SAT, so improving this area could result in a large score leap. I will go over common grammar rules and conventions, and will provide practice problems that we will go over together. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage to gain the practice and confidence for this topic. This session is open to everybody and no extra materials are needed!

Hi, I'm Samuel and I am here to tutor students who would like help preparing for the SATs or help with high school math classes. I led a peer-to-peer math tutoring program when I was in middle school and I currently help younger students at a library learn how fun math can be, especially when it is applied to engineering.

I do not have an attendance policy. I understand if students have to miss, but I would encourage students to participate in as many sessions as they can.

Today, we will go over the Standard English Conventions section, and go over grammar rules, for the SAT. We will analyze questions from Bluebook together and there will be opportunities for questions. No prior knowledge or extra materials are required!
