R Studio for Data Analysis Bootcamp (Beginner Friendly with Light Prerequisites)

About

Are you looking for a new skill to learn over the summer, or for something new to put on your resumé? Or perhaps you're still a high school student and you want to do a data/coding passion project to impress colleges you're applying to. This summer bootcamp provides will provide an in-depth and hands-on introduction to R Studio where we will be analyzing and interpreting real world datasets.

This bootcamp has light prerequisites. The bootcamp is beginner-friendly but assumes:

1) Comfort with basic algebra (solving equations, interpreting graphs)

2) Familiarity with scatterplots and concepts like mean, variability, and correlation.

3) No prior experience with R is required. Also, no prior coding experience is required.

Topics covered include: Fitting regression models and interpreting output with R, model diagnostics and assumptions, how to improve a model, multicollinearity, comparing groups with ANOVA, logistic regression, and cross-validation.
