About

If you have ever wondered about the science behind your behavior and thinking, this course is for you! We'll learn about the basic terms, concepts and history of psychology and neuroscience before moving to more advanced topics that will cover my own learnings from college-level classes, specialized programs, and my own research.

Oct 22, 2025: heya! Finally got my appeal for my acc back approved, so sorry for just disappearing without a word one day. its going to take a while for me to get back on track with everything i was doing, especially since school has started and everything is really busy now, so I still wont be active much for a while. Thx for your patience! ^^ Hello! 👋 I'm a South Korean high schooler in Canada who is ✨obsessed✨ with emojis. ❣️I tutor in❣️ ↳ R&W ↳ pre-algebra ↳ enrichment ↳ Schoolhouse tutors ↳ I also do 1-on-1 sessions on the subjects above! For more individually tailored lessons and help, just search me up here and request a 1:1 - https://schoolhouse.world/find-a-tutor ---> some uninteresting stuff about me: ✏️📚 I like reading and writing (both hobby-wise and academically). In 2024, I read over 200 books (and that's not counting the 187 manga I read). I've won local and school-affiliated awards for academic excellence in writing. I'm also a mod for a book-related subreddit with over 1.3 million members (..yes I'm a redditor >:] 🧠 I'm really interested in neuroscience and psychology. I have a certificate of completion for my local university's college-level introductory course in those subjects and am a graduate of the Women's Alliance in STEM and Humanities (WASH SRI)'s 2025 summer program for computational neuroscience. 🏫 At school, I have straight A's... aside from P.E. and French... ugh... 😖 🤩 Besides reading and writing, some of my hobbies include art (both digital & trad), watching anime (I'm obsessed with a new character every week... you can usually tell who by my profile picture), reading Webtoon, and simping over guys from said books, anime, and webtoons. Oh, and I really like J-pop! (eve >>>). 💕 Okay, time to spread the word!! 🗣️ Read/watch tgcf, jjk, cherry crush, owari no seraph, bsd, alnst, hell's paradise, death note, sweet home, mdzs/the untamed, wind breaker, noragami, orv, lookism, teenage mercenary, my comeback as the youngest member, 6 of crows, demon slayer, perfect world, the infernal devices, peerless, naruto, fence, hooky, blue lock, aot!! Trust me on this, k? 🥹 😻 Lastly, since we're not allowed to exchange contact info on SHW, if you have the same interests as me (esp in anime/books) you should dm me on Slack! My username & display name is the same on that site as here. this is getting really long... I'm sorry.... >﹏<
