About

Words in context questions account for approximately 20% of the Reading and Writing section on the SAT. In this series, we will expand your vocabulary, uncover secondary meanings of common words, understand subtle word relationships, identify crucial keywords and transition words, and develop powerful strategies that will help you level up your vocabulary for the SAT!

In each session, you'll work with me and a small group of dedicated learners to practice SAT test bank questions and improve your vocabulary.

Day 1: Vocabulary list 1, synonyms and antonyms
Day 2: Vocabulary list 2, words in context strategy
Day 3: Vocabulary list 3, secondary meaning words, nearly means
Day 4: Vocabulary list 4, transition words, word relationships

*** Prior knowledge is strongly encouraged, as we will be focusing on medium and hard questions

*** Active verbal participation is strongly encouraged; please ensure that your microphone is functional!
