About

Hello there! Curious about the math of the universe? WELL, you've come to the right place. Whether you're an advanced calculus student or a complete beginner, this course is for you. Each week, we'll cover different Calculus topics in depth, exploring why they work both visually (with some engaging visuals) and algebraically. I aim to leave you with a strong foundation on all the topics of AP Calc BC and fully prepared to answer any questions on any topic whatsoever. Come join me, and begin your journey on the most beautiful topic math can offer. (P.S. There will be multiple sessions a week, a few introducing the topic and more delving deeper and covering questions and how to solve them.)

Differentiation: definition and basic derivative rules

Mon 11:30 PM - Tue, 12:30 AM UTCJun 30, 11:30 PM - Jul 1, 12:30 AM UTC

The visual intuition behind the first major topic of Calculus: the one and only, paradoxical, DERIVATIVES!! In this session, we will just try to get a visual and geometric intuition behind why these things work. In the subsequent sessions, we will go over problems and common formulas, and rules. (Of course, I won't just have you blindly memorize them).

This session will be focused on the problem-solving aspect of what we learnt in our previous session. We will still be going over some proofs, though, like why the derivative of a constant is 0 and the adding and subtracting derivatives rules.
