About
This focused summer boot camp is all about mastering the writing skills needed for success on the AP History exams (AP Euro, APUSH, or AP World). Over a series of short, high-impact sessions, students will learn how to approach and write each of the three major essay types: the Short Answer Question (SAQ), the Long Essay Question (LEQ), and the Document-Based Question (DBQ). Each session includes step-by-step instruction, sample responses, guided writing practice, and personalized feedback. Students will build key skills like crafting strong thesis statements, using historical evidence effectively, analyzing documents, and applying historical reasoning (causation, comparison, and continuity/change). Whether you're aiming to strengthen your writing or boost your score, this camp provides the tools and strategies you need to succeed.
