About

Are you going into 9th grade next fall and looking for a way to improve your English skills to have a successful school year? Well, look no further. This session is specifically for those going into 9th grade (or equivalent) to prepare you for success in a high school English class. We will read challenging works of literature and think through them critically as well as analyze them through written and spoken communication. We will be reading specific works of literature commonly taught in 9th grade (US Curriculum) but still amazing works of literature, such as: Romeo and Juliet, Of Mice and Men, and To Kill a Mockingbird. We will also practice basic SAT/ACT English skills to prepare you for uni exams in a few years. This series will be highly engaging and give you insight into high school English.

In addition to my academic studied, I also play numerous instruments. As a tutor, I am very passionate about helping students reach their full potential in all levels of school. I love school and want to help others gain the passion for learning and enjoy not only the outcome, but also the process. I tutor biology, chemistry, writing, German, Turkish, and a variety of AP classes to help students prep for their exams. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting, playing D&D, and watching movies/TV shows.
