3. Participation: Active participation in discussions and activities is mandatory. Engaging with the material and contributing to conversations enhances the learning experience for everyone.

4. Absence Notification: If you know you will be absent, please notify the instructor in advance via email or message. Provide a valid reason for your absence.

5. Make-Up Work: In case of an absence, it is the learner's responsibility to catch up on missed work. Assignments and notes will be available on the course portal.

6. Maximum Allowed Absences: Learners are allowed a maximum of three absences over the duration of the course. Exceeding this limit may result in withdrawal from the course. 7. Withdrawal Policy: Learners who do not meet the attendance and participation expectations may be withdrawn from the course at the instructor's discretion. 8. Special Circumstances: In the case of emergencies or special circumstances, please communicate with the instructor as soon as possible to discuss accommodations.
