About

Hi, my name is Han, and I'm really excited to help you with your questions and studies! Whether it’s SAT math, science, or just general advice, I’m here to make things easier for you. Feel free to ask me anything, and I’ll do my best to support you!

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Math. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

I'm a high school junior thats passionate about learning and teaching. I'm a part of many clubs and activities that include science and math (Science olympiad and math league); I've also tutored many kids in these subjects. I got a 790 on the math section on my most recent SAT and I'm currently enrolled in 3 AP courses: AP Chemistry, AP Psychology and AP World History, while at the same time, maintaining a 4.4 GPA. I'm happy to help anyone in STEM subjects as I'd like to make a positive impact on the learning community!

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We'll start with an orientation to get to know each other. Then, we will work through a shortened practice exam and review questions you'd like to go over. To wrap up the session, we'll go over some testing tips.

We will go over some testing strategies for taking the digital SAT and you will have the opportunity to take a full practice test on the Bluebook platform.

You'll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will review questions you'd like to go over and end with group practice of two Focus Skills in the Geometry & Trigonometry Domain.
