About

This College Admissions Workshop on The Application is a virtual 2-week workshop that will provide you with information and support to submit your college applications.

In this workshop, you will:
  • Learn the purpose of each part of the application
  • Understand how and when to apply and strategies to consider when making your plan
  • Complete drafts of frequently required parts of the application, such as lists of activities & experiences, and honors & awards
  • Work alongside other students who are also preparing to apply to college.

Your workshop will be led by a current high school student who has been specially trained as a peer tutor for this program. They've not only successfully navigated their own recent college application journey but have also completed comprehensive training to effectively guide other students through the process. Your peer tutor will share relevant personal experiences and practical strategies while providing structured support based on their training and firsthand knowledge.
