About
Do you like looking at patterns? Do you want to know how we can add an infinite number of terms and still get a rational number?
If these questions intrigue you, then the Series unit would be just right for you! While these are simply the basics, they provide a great foundation for harder mathematics courses, such as calculus and math Olympiad questions (although the latter is a bit of a reach).
I will be basing my curriculum on the Khan Academy Precalculus Series unit (https://www.khanacademy.org/math/precalculus/x9e81a4f98389efdf:series), so feel free to peruse the catalog if your curiosity is nagging at you.
I'm looking forward to meeting and learning with you all throughout the duration of this series!
ADDENDUM: I apologize for any scheduling inconveniences that this series may have caused, especially as it is later in the day.
✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY
Only our sessions about new content are required—all catch-up sessions are optional. If you complete the unit test early and show it to me, then you are also free to end the series early!

My name is Daphne, and I'm from New York. My two favorite subjects are science and math. In my free time, you may catch me conspiring with my Rubik's Puzzle collection, playing random story-driven games (I love pixels!), drawing and burning myself out while doing so, or hugging stuffed animals.
