About

This series is designed for students entering an Algebra I course during the 2021-2022 school year. We’ll spend time reviewing pre-algebra, which students impacted by virtual learning during the past year may find especially helpful. We will then move into beginning algebra topics. This course is designed to help learners be successful in Algebra 1.

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please do your best to attend every mandatory session (sessions labelled meetups). Office hours are optional, but encouraged if you are struggling or need additional one-on-one help. If you must miss a session, please message me beforehand, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Excessive absences may lead to your removal from the series.

Hi! My name is Kate, and I'm a high school junior from Arkansas. I teach a variety of subjects here at schoolhouse, including SAT prep (reading, writing, and math), algebra, calculus, and programming. Hope to see you in my sessions! Note -- I am back from RSI!
