Hello! This is a series that will delve in-depth into the course of AP World History: Modern, leaving you feeling well-prepared. Don't worry - I know what I'm doing. I got a 5 on the exam this year and a 95 in the class. I've got the tips and tricks you need to succeed (like, are exam review books actually worth it? And if so, which one should you get?)
We'll start each session with a warm-up that reviews everything we've learned before, followed by the main interactive lesson, and conclude with a recap of what we've learned.
We will go over how to write the DBQ, LEQ, and SAQ, and how to get the most points you can on the AP Exam.
So come on in and join!

APWH REVIEW

Starts

Each session, we would tackle a different unit of the APWH syllabus in a summarised manner. This means that it is more of a review rather than learning topics. By the end, there will be tips on how to prepare for the exam and how to write your answers.

Happens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 60-90 minutes (depending on the unit being covered)

AP World History: Help + Q&A

8th session

During each session, we will go over topics from AP World History that learners are having trouble with or current topics based on College Board's pacing guide. I will also provide learners with practice questions and teach the skills of the course, as well as how to write the AP History Free-Response Questions. I can also grade and provide feedback on free-response questions and offer techniques to help you improve.

These sessions are a casual space to help you improve on the topics and skills for AP World History! Before each session, please let me know which topics and skills you would like extra help with, so I can create lesson plans tailored to those areas.

Tutor Qualifications: I took AP World History last year and obtained an A+ in both semesters and a 5 on the exam in May 2025. I have taught a Schoolhouse series on AP History Writing and have helped multiple students at my school with free-response questions.
