No fluff. No intros. Just straight into work. 25 minute cycles of deep work followed by 5 minutes of break. Anything productive goes --> Homework, Extracurriculars, etc. Only for those who are serious about improvement. I'll have a quote of the day every time. Sessions will be almost daily to keep discipline.
