About

Hi, my name is Ezra, and I’m excited to help you prepare for the SAT Reading & Writing section. I’ve gone through the SAT process myself and understand how challenging the Reading & Writing portion can be—especially when it comes to grammar rules, tricky questions, and time pressure. My goal is to help you feel more confident and in control on test day.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you’ll have completed multiple practice tests and worked through real problems from previous SATs, helping you strengthen your skills and build confidence for the exam. Each session will be spent with me and a small group of other learners who are working toward the same goal, which allows for a lot of interaction, discussion, and personalized help.

Because this is a small group, sessions will be highly interactive, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions, explain your thinking, and learn from others. We’ll focus on understanding why answers are correct—not just memorizing rules—so you can apply the strategies confidently on test day.

Note: Cameras should be on so we can get to know each other and work together effectively. If you have a specific reason you can’t have your camera on, please let me know ahead of time.

I'm a high school student in Georgia trying to tackle the SATs. When I'm not hitting the books, I'm all about reading, working out, and catching movies. Let's crush those SAT goals together and maybe swap some movie recommendations along the way!

What you'll do

Review core concepts and test-taking strategies, with a peer tutor who excelled on the SAT.

Practice and review official full-length SAT® practice tests, including one Bluebook test.

Get personalized support with the most challenging questions and concepts.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
