About

Hi everyone! I'm Sophie! I'm a junior in high school and I'm confident in helping YOU improve your SAT skills in Reading & Writing.

This lesson will help you master the "back-end" of SAT English - aka the end of the test, which includes grammar, rhetorical synthesis, and transition questions. We'll go over each type of punctuation mark and transition word in addition to active practice that will culminate with a test.

My teaching style is active and engaging, so expect to be called on and have fun!

Excited to learn with you!

Hi! I'm a high school student who is passionate about helping others. I'm excited to help you improve your academics -- whether in AP classes or on the SAT! I'm currently enrolled in 4 AP courses, and last year I scored a 5 on both of my AP exams. I am in the 99th percentile overall in my state for the SAT. Outside of school, I love music -- I play the piano. I also love to workout!
