About

This session will walk students through the real process of reaching out for research opportunities. I’ll cover how to find researchers and labs, how to quickly learn about their work, and how to decide who to contact. We’ll talk about what to do before sending an email, what to include in a cold email, and what to do after you hit send. I’ll also share some blunt truths about cold emailing, what tends to work, and what often doesn’t. Learners can expect a practical, discussion-based session with examples and time for questions.

I’m a high school student from Pakistan who enjoys helping others with Math and sciences, except bio :( I love learning new things, listening to music, and watching random science videos randomly on YouTube. I’d call myself a bit of an overthinker but at least it keeps life interesting lol.
