🎄 Day 1 – Christmas Day: “Reflections & Gratitude”

Kick off the countdown by celebrating the joy of the season! Together, we’ll share what we’re grateful for from the past year and reflect on meaningful moments. Activities will include a guided gratitude exercise and an interactive discussion about hopes for the coming year. This session sets a positive and mindful tone for the week ahead.

🎁 Day 2 – “Memory Lane”

We’ll revisit 2025 in a fun and reflective way! Participants will be invited to share their favorite memories from the past year—big achievements, funny moments, or personal milestones. We’ll also do a group activity where we “map” the year visually or with words, creating a collective memory board.
