Ever solve a math problem and get a totally different answer from your friend? That usually means PEMDAS wasn’t as clear as it should be. In this class, we’ll slow things down and really understand why the order of operations works the way it does. We’ll walk through examples together, clear up common mistakes, and practice the kinds of problems that usually trip students up. By the end, you’ll feel a lot more confident—and maybe even enjoy these expressions a little.

If expressions feel messy or overwhelming, this class is here to fix that. We’ll break down what variables really mean, practice combining like terms without confusion, and learn how the distributive property can actually make problems easier—not harder. Expect clear examples, plenty of chances to try things yourself, and a calm pace that helps everything click. By the end, you’ll be able to simplify expressions with confidence.
