About

Hi, my name is Anne, and I'm really excited to help you prepare for the SAT! I've been tutoring on Schoolhouse since July in 2025, and I am a senior tutor in SAT (both R & W and Math). I had prepared for my SAT by my self, and scored 1520 in my first SAT test. Looking forward to sharing my tips with you!

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Hello everyone I'm Anne come from China. Being a junior in public high school, I am preparing for my SAT test now, and I'd like to talk with people from other parts of the world in my free time. I am also very fond of studying history, reading and watching movies...and playing badminton(though not well enough)

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.

We will go over some testing strategies for taking the digital SAT and you will have the opportunity to take a full practice test on the Bluebook platform.

You’ll have some time to review and reflect on your results from the Bluebook practice exam. Then, we will wrap up with a Post-Test to help you see your progress from the first session.

We’ll spend time reviewing the post-test and all of the previous Focus Skills we covered together. To end the session (and the bootcamp!), we’ll wrap up everything and provide some final words of advice!
