Each week, learners will cover the essential structure of a Business Plan, including Introduction, Value Proposition Canvas (VPC), STEEPLE analysis, SWOT analysis, and the Ansoff Matrix. The session will also address key functional plans: Production Plan, Financial Plan, Marketing Plan, and Human Resources Plan. Participants can expect to engage through clear explanations, real examples, and practical guidance to help them develop their own Business Plans.
