Welcome to Mastering English: EFL and ESL—a dynamic, curriculum-aligned course designed to help learners build fluency, confidence, and real-world communication skills in English. Whether you're learning English as a foreign language (EFL) or as a second language (ESL), this course offers a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning experience tailored to your needs.

Grounded in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and guided by TESOL principles, this course will help learners progress from foundational skills to practical mastery. Each session is built using the PPP model (Presentation, Practice, Production) and incorporates differentiated instruction, formative assessment, and interactive learning strategies.

Hello there! I'm Javin, but some persons call me Alexander or AJ. I'm a 14-year-old aspiring English Language educator from Jamaica, and I joined Schoolhouse back in November of 2024 with a mission to help others succeed in the English Language. My passion for the English Language begun in 1st grade and ever since, it has grown. Over the past 2 years, I have pursued mutiple qualifications across language, literature, education and pedagogy. Here is a list of my qualifications: 1. TEFL (Hons) Teaching English as a Foreign Language 2. Diploma in English Language and Literature 3. Diploma in B1 Spanish 4. Diploma in French Studies 5. Diploma in Advanced Child psychology 6. Diploma in Educational Psychology Those are all the qualifications I currently hold and I look forward to pursuing more in the future.
