✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

To ensure that everyone fully benefits from our sessions and activities, the following attendance guidelines will be in place:

1. Session Commitment - All students are expected to attend scheduled meetings consistently. Sessions will begin promptly at the designated time, and students should arrive at least 5 minutes early to prepare.

2. Absences - If a student is unable to attend a session, they must notify the tutor in advance with a valid reason. Unexcused absences may affect participation.

3. Punctuality - Late arrivals disrupt the flow of the session. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice will miss out on important aspects of the session.

4. Make-Up Opportunities - If a student misses a session, they may request a summary or make-up activity to stay on track. This must be arranged with the tutor within 3 days of the missed session.

5. Respect for Time - Our course values everyone’s time. Repeated absences or lack of communication may result in removal from the course.
