About

CAD helps us design a lot of things we know, including buildings, constructions, and even special effects in movies. CAD is a software program which helps you brainstorm, make, and sometimes even bring your models to life! This class will help you learn the Basics of CAD, so you can dive into the world of design, all while critically thinking and solving challenges. We will start with learning what CAD is and basics of it, and eventually we will be designing cool things like bird feeders, rockets, and cars! Get ready, because this is going to be a load of fun!

Note: You will need a laptop/computer for this series, but you will not need to install anything.

Tutor Qualifications

I took a course on this about a year ago, and I have been experimenting and training with CAD for a while now!

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

You are free to attend whichever sessions you want, but each topic builds off the next, and it might be difficult to catch up.

About the Tutor

My name is Rahul, and I’m a high school freshman. I love reading, photography, and the outdoors. In my spare time, I like to read, play video games, code, and go outside. I love math because of the countless number of ideas, thoughts, and outputs, and it's really astonishing to see a subject as big as math unfold into tiny, tiny, parts. As for math, I'm currently taking Calculus 2. I hope to see you guys in my sessions!
