About

Hello friend! Welcome to your comprehensive guide to the english section of the SAT. I'm Elle, a top scorer in practically every english test (so far). I've taught several bootcamps previously and am looking forward to another great one.

This four-week tutoring series will help you prepare for your upcoming SAT in Reading & Writing. By the end of the series, you will have completed multiple practice tests and worked through a number of problems from previous SATs, helping you build confidence for your upcoming exam. You’ll spend each session with me and a small group of other learners who are also working towards taking the SAT. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as you work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can!

Note: Cameras should be on so we can all get to know each other! If you have a specific reason why you can’t have your camera on, please notify me ahead of time.

Hello friend <3 I'm a current high school senior and here to help however I can. I'm currently taking a full load of college classes, making art, and listening to the rain. Aspiring psychiatrist/artist blend (who wants to be just one thing????) and I dream of living a well rounded, balanced life more than any career goal. Some of my current statistics in case you care: 4.0 unweighted GPA: majority of classes being honors, AP, and honors college courses Member of NHS and Phi Theta Kappa (college NHS basically) 800 R&W SAT score on recent practice test 36s on english + reading on the ACT 0 unhelpfuls or negative reviews in anything I've helped out on at Schoolhouse :) Written a book or two plus some short stories and have 17 (and counting) completely full journals from the last four years. Crazy, right? I'm shocked my handwriting hasn't gotten any better after all that. Yes, I'm kind of a nerd, but one of those cool aesthetic ones you pass in the bookstore or library. If you read books, that is. Which you should...in my opinion.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

To get the most out of this series and respect other learners, follow these attendance rules:

You can only miss one unexcused session over the four weeks. Missing more can impact your learning and may take a spot from another learner who wants to join.

Need to miss a session? Let your tutor know by using the "Submit excused absence" button on the series page. Then, catch up by using the Session Makeup Guide or attending a live make-up session.

Multiple unexcused absences? If you reach two unexcused absences, you may be removed from the series and your Schoolhouse account may be suspended.
