About

We will go over one unit of Pre-Algebra in depth each week. The day of the week may vary, but I will post the session at least two days in advance. The sessions will be about 45 minutes. 30 minutes of me explaining the topic with questions and interactive sessions in between. The last 15 minutes will be reserved for you to ask questions and receive homework help. I hope to see you at the next session!

I am a high school freshman from Texas who loves math, science, along with music, and tennis. I have competed in multiple FTC robotics competitions, Math UILs, and recently completed an introduction to Quantum Mechanics Course. I play USTA tournaments with a UTR of 4.5. I have been playing guitar for 7 years, and I am a percussionist in my school’s marching band. I can tutor multiple math concepts, ranging from Algebra 1, Geometry, and Algebra 2. I can teach enrichment topics such as music note reading, Rubik’s Cube, and solving puzzle strategies. I would like to attend SAT boot camps and essay writing workshops.

I want consistent attendance at the sessions. If you are not able to attend more than 2 sessions in a row, then I will open up the spot for another student. If you decide to join the group midway, that works as well, although you may be confused on some topics. I will try my best to help with as many as I can!

We will be covering the first unit of Pre-Algebra, which is factors and multiples. We will go through some of the exercises and the unit test. I recommend having a few sheets of paper/notebook to take notes in to fully understand and remember the concepts.
