About

Hi! My name is Ethan, and I'm excited to be a Schoolhouse tutor for the Digital SAT, Math Bootcamp! I scored a 1540 (760 R/W, 780 M) on my first try, and through my teachings I hope that I'll be able to increase your SAT score by 50-100+ points!

I've tutored many times before, whether it be teaching 1st-10th grade reading/writing on Upchieve (an online platform providing free education to underserved communities), or coaching subjects such as Precalculus in my high school. I've also tutored the Reading and Writing Bootcamps for the months of August and September, as well as several SAT Math one-off sessions with about 10 learners each session. Through these experiences, I've gained important tutoring skills that will help make our sessions together as smooth and valuable as possible.

With how important the SAT is for college admissions, I understand that many of you are stressed during this time. But don't worry! In our four weeks together, we will go over strategies for success and complete practice tests, helping you to improve accuracy and confidence in the Math section. Since it’s a small group, you can expect sessions to be very interactive as we work together towards improving your SAT skills as much as you can! Let's do this! 😇8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣
