About
Hi! I am Sean, an incoming freshman student at the University of Florida that has taught both R + W and Math sections of the SAT on Schoolhouse world. In this onboarding session, I will give you the basics that you would need to successfully teach an SAT bootcamp to your own set of learners, using your own tutoring strategies. I will go over some basic strategies in areas such as fielding questions, facilitating group practice, and giving extra support to learners when they need it! I know that everybody would end up developing a different style of tutoring as they go along. However, I intend to give you the foundations of tutoring in this course so that when you tutor your learners, you have the confidence to deliver great experiences and experiment on tutoring strategies.
