About

Welcome to Stitching Up Stories! By the end of this series, you’ll have written your own short story that you can be proud of!

We’ll go through every step of the way together! In this series, you’ll learn about:
- Creating stronger characters 💪
- Implementing theme ⭐️
- Introducing conflict ⛈️
- Using style effectively ✏️
- Personal & peer editing techniques 🧠

Each session will include short periods of instruction intermixed with group practice & brainstorm activities, dedicated writing time, and collaborative discussion.

*The full schedule for this series is not set in stone. It will be up to you guys how many sessions we have dedicated to quiet writing time, so Sessions 5 & up could change based on what you would like to do.*
