About

Colonialism exists in many forms and has affected people immensely for millennia.

This two-session series will break down two key topics:
જ⁀➴ how colonialism existed in the past
જ⁀➴ how colonialism still exists today

If you're interested in learning more about the history of oppression, classism, and discrimination—on a global scale—this is the series for you!

(In case you have concerns regarding the application of this knowledge, this information provides useful context in comprehending and writing about topics for your history classes—including AP classes—as well as being more in touch with human history.)

Hello, everyone! I am a senior in high school. I am also a writer, debater, and slam poet. My strengths and interests lie in all things words: writing, reading, public speaking, etc. If I am not hunched over my laptop, you might just find me in the kitchen with flour on my hands. Feel free to reach out to me for anything; I will help to the best of my ability if I am able. ﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏﹏✍

✋ ATTENDANCE POLICY

Each session covers a different topic under the same umbrella (of colonialism), so I recommend joining both series.

However, even if you can only join one, I believe you'd get a lot out of the session!
